ASN Nursing (RN) Intent Form

Seeking acceptance to the ASN Nursing (RN) Program beginning term.

  • The following items must be completed prior to the Intent form deadline of February 1st of the year for which the student would like to be considered as a candidate for the Nursing Bridge Program.

    • Completed and signed application for admission and a $25 nonrefundable application fee;
    • Official high school or GED transcripts and/or official college transcripts from all colleges attended in the past (see General Admission Requirements from the ATC Catalog);
    • Submit valid ACCUPLACER, ASSET, COMPASS, SAT or ACT test scores and:
    • Submit National League for Nursing Pre-Admission RN Examination, AD Composite Score of no less than 75th percentile. (All test scores must be less than five years old on the intent deadline date. See Placement Test score policy in the current ATC Catalog.)
    • Provide documentation showing the completion of the prerequisite general education courses or their equivalent as listed in the College Catalog. It is the APPLICANT'S RESPONSIBILITY to confirm the transferability of courses taken at other colleges and universities with the ATC Registrar NO LATER than February 1 of the year in which acceptance to the program is sought.
    • Submit documentation of a current LPN or Paramedic license valid in the state of Georgia and show a minimum of two years work experience (minimum 1,000 hours) as a licensed practical nurse or paramedic to the Admissions Office by the February 1st deadline.
    • Completed Intent Form

    Only in the event that the program slots cannot be filled with Georgia residents who meet the minimum admissions criteria can out-of-state students be admitted.
