SAP Hours Completed Percentage Calculator

This calculator will help you determine your completion rate for SAP purposes. Additionally, if you are financial aid warning or exclusion due to falling below the 66.66% completion rate required to maintain financial aid good standing, the calculator can help you determine how many hours you need to successfully complete to get back into good standing. You can find your total attempted and earned hours on Banner Web under Student Services & Financial Aid > Student Records > Academic Transcript.

Notes: Transfer credit accepted by Athens Technical College and learning support credit hours are both included in this calculation. Successful grades include A, A*, B, B*, C, C*, and D. Unsuccessful grades include D*, F, F*, W, WP, WF, and WF*. The cumulative GPA requirement for SAP is a minimum of 2.00.
